Samilca Camilo leads SC Collective, partnering with startups, innovation teams, and mission-driven organizations to translate research into strategy and strategy into execution.

Her work sits at the intersection of UX research, market insight, brand strategy, and marketing communications, helping teams clarify what they’re building, who it’s for, and how to communicate it with consistency across channels.

She’s known for bringing structure to ambiguity, building processes where none exist, and aligning user needs with business goals.

Samilca also contributes to UX research and product validation work through Greenlight Idea Lab as a Sr. UX Researcher/Designer and Head of Staffing, supporting clients with customer discovery, usability research, product strategy, and innovation teams with staffing augmentation needs.
